Well I have never been the one to worry about debt even though I have had it since college. I used to brush it off all the time. Until I figured out that having debt kept me from being able to do anything that I wanted to do in life. It began stopping me from being able to buy a home as well as a new car. So I guess those stopping stones cause you to think about the things you need to do to make your debt a little bit more cleaner. I guess thats why I stopped by here.
Hi crystal, it's good to see you here. I've had my share of debt over the years, but at the moment my finances are alright, and I want to keep them that way. So I'm keeping an eye on the topics discussed here, too.
I'll see you around.
Also realize that the earlier you realize this and address it the better.
Many many people will not be able to retire because of this issue. They simply will not have the money needed because of they have been paying extra money for everything they have owned.
Even the interest on a small CC can make the difference in your life. Priority #1 Eliminate your debt
Good Luck,

Debt is never fun to have and once you get older and become more independent you realize that it isn't all that great to have. Welcome to the site, I'm glad to see people trying to better their situation.
The earlier someone starts saving for retirement or repaying a debt, the more dramatic the results can be.
I saw a TV article the other day on someone who'd retired by their mid-thirties.
