Last week we found out my granddaughter had an online boy friend (turns out a good kid) she decided to call him.   She figured with our unlimited plan no one would know and it wouldn’t cost us anything.

Well, the boyfriend is in England!!!!  Anyone care to guess what 351 minutes cost…
$ 1033.56 cents.  Verizon, lucky for us blocked and restricted all calls and called us to find out if these calls where legit.   (It would have been nice if they had gotten concerned at maybe, lets say …$ 500 dollars).

So between medical bills, car bills etc, we will be looking for a decent bill consolidation company.  The first thing I said was, “Hey I have this Forum that I can research and find a good one. (Cheap). 

Bottom line we forget how unworldly our kids can be and how easy it is for them to get into trouble. (Yup, online chat…and the predators that lurk there.  My Granddaughter and we all got lucky that this was actually a nice kid.)

This will be one of those family stories that we tell when we all get together for family functions.

I thought you might get a laugh out of this as well.

How can I take this so lightly?  Just look around us, and what is happening in the rest of the world.   This is a problem that can be resolved.  There are many worse things out there.
