Glad you won the money back but I'm curious, why did you need cash upfront at the hospital.  Generally they provide treatment and you pay later.  I hope they didn't provide treatment based only on payment.  If so, you should check that out because I thought the law prevented them from doing that.  Either way, I hope everyone's healthy.
