Do you have any other options besides bankruptcy?  I think that's really the last option that you should EVER look at.

Yeah there are many ways you can get a house without having good credit, Alot of people don't know about it but it is out there.

I personally do not have any credit cards besides student loan and car payment.  I had credit cards and it seems to become a way of life we end up living on.  I no longer live like that and pay all cash or on my bank card, which has the visa symbol.

Um... if you have poor credit and you know you can't pay for the bills you already have - why would you want to add a mortgage for a house to the troubles?
