I am very disgusted with myself over this situation. I can't believe I am in so much debt again! I know I've always had to learn the hard way but this is ridiculous.

So far I am hanging in there, but I'm crossing my fingers. I'm keeping up payments so far, but it's a worry on my mind. I'm hoping things will get better and not worse.

I'm pretty sure I'll have to file sooner or later. Because of some major personal problems I haven't been able to pay off my credit cards. I keep my phone off the hook because collection agencies keep calling me. I don't own anything at all so there's nothing for them to take. I'll probably file just to get them ti stop calling. I tried to explain things to them and to ask if there was some way to pay them but they won't listen and are just very rude. I would pay if I had the money. I don't want to cheat anyone but I am in the middle of some dire problems.

I wouldn't feel all that bad about it. Sometimes situations exist that are outside of your control and thy can not be avoided. Just do your best and work your way out of it.

One way to get creditors from calling you constantly is to put in a Cease and decest order.  Basically it is a letter written to the collection agency telling them to stop calling you.   It has helped my phone to stop ringing so much.

I had my phone shut off recently. Ha! They can't get me now. My friend is my boss at work so they lose out there, too.

I thought the law stated that if you you request the collector cease calling you the collector can no longer make harassing calls
