I am not a huge fan of this notion. My only fear is that too much federal interference will lead to trepidation on the part of creditors to limit issuing credit in the future.

I'm actually not a huge fan of this either. I know a lot of people are going to get hurt, but it seems like we are just putting off pain by doing the bailouts and possibly making it worse.
